1. What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, phone number and shipping address, so we can process and deliver your order.
• Payment — handled entirely by our secure payment gateway. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded; we never see or store your full card or UPI details.
• Enquiries — if you request a free sample or a back-in-stock alert, we store the email you give us so we can reach you.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver orders, send order and delivery updates, respond to your questions, and — only if you ask — send the sample or restock alert you requested. We do not sell your data to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to run the shop: our payment gateway to take payment, and our shipping partner to deliver your books. They receive only what they need for that purpose.

Unless you opt out using the cookie banner, we also share limited measurement data with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Analytics so we can see which ads and pages actually lead to orders. This may include the pages you viewed, what you added to your cart, and order value. Where we send contact details (such as your email or phone) to Meta to match a purchase to an ad, they are irreversibly hashed before they leave our servers — Meta never receives them in readable form. We never sell your data.

4. Cookies & your choice

Essential cookies and local storage keep your cart and login working — these are always on. Measurement cookies from Meta and Google, which can recognise you across other websites, load only after you press “Accept” on the banner. Press “Decline” and they stay switched off. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, and you can ask us to delete your data using the contact details below.

5. Security

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure with access restricted to what’s necessary. Payment information is processed by our payment gateway under their own security standards and never touches our servers.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time — just reach out via our Contact page.

7. Children

Our products are bought by parents and students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without a parent or guardian’s involvement.
