1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

2. Dispatch & delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment, and delivered in about 2–4 working days after that. Metro cities are typically faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer.

3. Shipping charges

• Free delivery on orders over ₹1,999.
• A flat ₹49 delivery fee applies to orders below ₹1,999.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, we share tracking details by email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.

5. Delivery address

Please double-check your address and pin code at checkout — we can’t be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Delays

We do our best to hit every timeline, but couriers can occasionally be delayed by weather, festivals or circumstances beyond our control. If your order seems stuck, message us and we’ll chase it for you.
