1. Who we are

Escaya Publications (“Escaya”, “we”, “us”) is an independent publisher of printed CBSE Class 9 & 10 study modules, operating from 406, Square Eleven, near GIPCL Circle, Sama, Vadodara, Gujarat 390008, India. 2. Products

We sell printed study modules, sets and combos. We describe each product as accurately as we can; minor variations in print, colour or finish may occur. Printed books are exempt from GST under Indian law. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes.

3. Orders & pricing

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch the order. We reserve the right to cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — in which case you are refunded in full. We recompute every price, discount and total on our server at checkout; the amount you are charged is the amount shown at the final confirmation step.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway via UPI, cards and netbanking. We do not see or store your full card details. Orders ship after payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping & returns

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content in our modules and on this website — text, layouts, the 7-Layer System, designs and logos — is the property of Escaya Publications. You may use a purchased module for personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, photocopy or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

Our modules are study aids designed to align with the CBSE board pattern; we do not guarantee any specific exam result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
