Refund & Returns Policy

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Here’s exactly how returns, replacements and refunds work.
1. Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a free replacement or store credit for the full amount — your choice. A photo of the issue helps us sort it faster.
2. Change of mind
Not the right fit? You may return an item within 7 days of delivery as long as it’s unused and in resalable condition (no writing, folds or damage). Once we receive and check it, we issue the amount as store credit you can use on any future order. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the customer.
3. How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 91041 89055 or email support@escayapublications.com with your order number (e.g. ESC-2026-XXXXX) and a short note. We’ll guide you through it.
4. Cancellations
Need to cancel? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, the returns terms above apply.
5. Refund timelines
- Store credit is added to your account as soon as we approve the return — usually within 1–2 working days.
- Refunds to your original payment method apply only to cancellations before dispatch — initiated immediately and typically reaching you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. All other approved returns are resolved as a free replacement or store credit.
